[September 10, 2015]  LINCOLN -  Insurance and Legislative Meeting Logan County Safety Complex May 13, 2015

Mr. Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:27pm.

A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to approve the minutes from the April 8, 2015 as amended. Motion passed.

Old Business

Property Inventory:
Mr. Anderson reported Mrs. Freese will take property inventory when she gets time.

2016 Holiday Schedule: Keep on the agenda .

2015- Christmas Eve Hours: Keep on the agenda.

New Business

BennyCard:
Mrs. Schumacher asked who would be paying for the card. Mrs. Schumacher would like to defer this until next month.

CIRMA County Insurance Pool: Mr. Anderson reported CIRMA is talking about a mass County Insurance pool. No action was taken.

Insurance Administrator Report: Nothing to report.

Legislative:  None

Appointments: ZBA appointment is on hold.

Board of Reviews: Board of Review has three open spots. Mr. Anderson will talk to Mrs. Freese tomorrow regarding the Board of Review appointments.

A motion was made by Mr. O誰eill, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to appoint Dave Schonauer to the Regional Planning Commissions. Motion passed.

Raffles:
A motion was made by Mr. O誰eill, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to approve raffles for: St Jude Runs,

Middletown Fire Protection Districts and

Heartland Community College Foundation. Motion passed.

Budget Review: Mrs. Davenport asked about line 101-07-56007. Mrs. Davenport would like more information on this line item. Mr. Anderson will check with Mrs. Meagher.

Public Comments: None

A motion was made by Mr. O誰eill, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.

A motion was made by Mr. O誰eill, seconded by Mr. Schaffenacker, to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:43pm.
