Fulscher to address Woman's Club at fall tea on Wednesday

[September 15, 2015]  LINCOLN - Dan Fulscher, Logan County Emergency Management Agency director, will speak to members of the Lincoln Woman's Club during the fall kick-off tea at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Fulscher is to present the program on emergency disasters in conjunction with emergency disaster month. Members are to bring items for veterans for Operation Santa.

Greeters for the meeting will be Carol Grunder and Susan Rohrer. Hostesses include Sue Beaver, Nancy Wrage, Rose Mary Conrady, Joyce Conrady, and Judy Lumpp.

Devotions are to be given by Mary Boatman. Door prizes are being donated by Marilyn Armbrust and Louann Bleess.

Members will ring bells on the front steps of the club building in observance of the signing of the U.S. Constitution at 3 p.m. on Thursday.
