Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Ayelsworth, to
approve the minutes of the June 23, 2015 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Farm Land Sale on July 31st, 2015 at 1:00pm Not a meeting. Will
bring it to the full board in August.
Budget FY 15-16 Special Finance Meeting on July 28 at
5:30pm. The first draft will be available prior to the special
meeting.
New Business:
Tax Sale for Shady Grove LO 14-15 82 Motion to approve by Mr.
Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Farmer. Motion passed.
Budget Amendment for Probation LO 14-15 83 Motion to approve by
Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth. Motion passed.
Mr. Anderson reviewed expenses for the committee.
Mr. Aylesworth reviewed revenues. Were at 42% but should be around
58%. Building Permits & Gaming Fees look to be way over. Circuit
Clerk/County Clerk fees could be lagging. No concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve the bills. Motion passed.

Communications: None
Public Comments: Dan Fulscher- Our budget proposal will show
a $50,000 decrease from moving grants from EMA for Terry, Bricky,
Dan to 9-1-1 as fiduciary.
The lightning strike impacted the East tower generator, UPS, ALC.
An evaluation of all systems will occur tomorrow at 7:00 a.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth to enter
executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 c 1 Re: Personnel Matters
at 6:00 p.m. Motion passed by Roll Call Vote of 6-0.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Anderson to return
to open session at 6:36
p.m. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:36 pm.
