Mr. O’Neill called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to
approve the minutes from the June 3, 2015 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Mining Regulations/ Conditions: Mr. Bateman proposed two
conditions. The first condition would be to plant trees around the
mine to help cover the view that individuals may complain about. The
second condition would be to put money aside and have a third party
handle the money, in case someone’s well would go dry from the
mining. Mr. Bateman reported he does not feel anyone’s well would be
affected by the mining, but he would like a backup plan in case
someone had problems. No action was taken on Mr. Bateman’s proposal.
Subdivisions Ordinance Rewrite: The committee did not add any
new changes to the ordinance at this time.
Subdivisions Ordinance Revisions: Mr. Bateman would like to
pass all revisions that have been discussed within the last year and
worry about the construction of roads, curves, width of roads and
lot sizes later. No action was taken at this time.

A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to
approve the bills. Motion passed.
 A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mrs. .Davenport,
to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:00 pm.
