Galaxy Ride Is Coming To Lincoln

[September 17, 2015]  LINCOLN - The Lincoln Public Library District will host the Adler Planetarium’s Galaxy Ride program on September 22, 2015.

Galaxy Ride is a science roadshow designed to get families and other curious-minded individuals excited about space science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

This 300-mile bike trip will originate at the Adler Planetarium, on September 18 and conclude on September 25, at the St. Louis Science Center.

The Galaxy Ride stop in Lincoln will bring the Universe a little closer to the public with free, space-themed, interactive science activities for all ages. This program will be held Tuesday, Sept. 22 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Carnegie lawn.
