Mr. O’Neill called the meeting to order at 5:30p.m.
Old Business:
Subdivision Ordinance Rewrite: The committee still needs to
approve construction of roads; curves; width of roads and lot sizes.

Subdivision Ordinance Revisions: The committee would like
Will D’Andrea to bring a copy next month of all revisions so far.
The committee would like to pass the subdivision revisions and pass
the wording for road agreements at a later time. The committee will
meet again next month.

A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:00 pm.
