Logan County Coroner report in the
death of Randy W. Van Hoorn

LINCOLN
- The Logan County Coroner, Robert Thomas, has announced that Randy
W. Van Hoorn, age 60, of McLean, IL, was pronounced dead at 8:06 am
on September 19, 2015 the intersection of 1975th Avenue and 2250th
Street, rural Atlanta.

 Mr. Van Hoorn’s was driving a farm tractor when he hit a utility
pole. The crash is under investigation by the Logan County Sheriff’s
Department and the Logan County Coroner’s Office.
An autopsy was performed and the results are pending.
Quiram - Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta, Illinois are handling the
arrangements.
