On Thursday evening members of
the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce were invited to enjoy
an evening a networking while enjoying the luxury of the newly
remodeled lobby of the Hampton Inn in Lincoln.
The Hampton Inns of Lincoln has been a part of the Hilton Worldwide
for quite some time according to local motel manager Damon Priddy.
However, recently Hilton added its name to their Hampton Inn
franchise throughout the country. The motel in Lincoln is now known
as Hampton Inn by Hilton.
With the change the Hilton leadership required some updates to the
local motel in order for it to better fit into the feeling of luxury
and elegance most often associated with a Hilton hotel.
Thursday evening, guests enjoyed the lounge-like atmosphere of the
new area that featured dining tables, a large marble top breakfast
counter, as well as lounge chairs with tables and tealights, tall
cocktail tables, and some lovely art and fall decorations.
In a separate room, where breakfast foods will normally be laid out
for guests, a hors-d'oeuvre buffet was presented for guests to
enjoy.
