Peggy's Place to host fundraiser for Lincoln Youth Football Thursday evening

[September 28, 2015]  LINCOLN - The Lincoln Youth Football League involving hundreds of participants is one of the area's larger sporting activities. As seen here on Saturday, typically two games at a time populate the fields at Eaton Corp over the weekends. During the week the fields are covered with local youth divided by age groups from kindergarten through eighth grade running drills and practicing.

This Thursday you can help support this program and eat good too. Peggy's Place on Clinton Street will host a drive-through with a Fat Boys pulled-pork dinner.

The meal will include Fat Boys Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad.

The fundraiser will be held at Peggy's at 110 Clinton Street, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
