Varner, Jason P., 31, of Lincoln, arrested
March 31 at 5:40 p.m. in the 500 block of Keokuk Street on
charges of unlawful delivery of controlled substance, unlawful
possession of controlled substance, possession of hypodermic
needle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
