First Quarter 2016 Home Sales Report

[April 08, 2016]  LINCOLN - The first quarter of 2016 saw improved home sales numbers compared to 2015 for the same time period.

REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 94 homes in the first quarter of 2016, 19 more than the 75 sold during the same time period in 2015.

The average selling price for homes in the 2016 time period was $91,250, down from $94,716 in 2015. Median prices were up, $83,700 compared to $78,000.

The length of time that the average home was on the market found houses on the market for a shorter time with the average "Days on Market" in 2016 184 days. This was 16 days quicker than the same time period in 2015.
