April 8

Atlanta Police

  • Kiawitter, Cory, 19, Atlanta; arrested on April 7 at 5:46 p.m. at his residence on a charge of No Valid Drivers License.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Chapman, Michael E., 25, Lincoln; on April 7 at 8:44 p.m. on 13th St. at Jackson St. on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Cook, Shaun M., 28, Lincoln; arrested on April 7 at 12 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant  2015TR2077 for failure to appear on a Driving on Suspended License charge. 

  • Frye, Ryan J., 25, Lincoln; arrested on April 7 on Decatur St. at McLean St. on charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Damage to State Supported Property, and Obstructing a Peace Officer. 

  • Glenn, Summer, 20, Farmer City; arrested on April 7 at 5:24 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2015CM109 for failure to appear on a Possession of Drug Paraphrenalia charge. 

  • Siegel, Victor L., 50, Delavan, arrested on April 7 at 10:42 p.m. in the 1200 block of 2000th St. on a charge of Possession of  Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance.

April 12

Lincoln Police Department

  • Fulk, Robert D., 56, of Lincoln, arrested April 12 at 3:23 a.m. in the 1100th block of Davenport Street on charge of domestic battery.

  • Robles, Alejando J., 20, of Plainfield, arrested April 11 at 8:45 p.m. on Woodlawn Road at Taylor Court on charge of driving with a suspended licenses.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Cook, Shaun M., 28, Lincoln; arrested on April 7 at 12 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Rahman, Effatur, 23, of Bridgeview, arrested April 11 at 11:21 a.m. at Dixon Correctional Center, Dixon IL, on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of controlled substance.
