Single vehicle crash claims
Atlanta man's life

The
Logan County Coroner, Robert Thomas, has announced that Derek
Sherrer, age 43 of Atlanta, was pronounced dead at 4:07 a.m. on
April 9, 2016.

 Mr. Sherrer was believed to be on his way home when he lost
control of the vehicle he was driving. The crash was not witnessed
and it was discovered by someone who happened upon the wreckage. The
incident occurred in the 2000 block of 2350th Street.
The crash and death are under investigation by the Logan County
Sheriff’s Department, and the Logan County Coroner’s Office.
An autopsy was performed and the results are pending.

handling the arrangements.
