Marine Corp League to hold two fundraisers this weekend

[April 15, 2016]  LINCOLN - On Saturday, April 16th the Marine Corp League will be holding its first roadside café from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cronin Brothers VFW on Fifth Street. The community is encouraged to drive by for a bite to eat.

On Sunday, April 17th will the MCL will hold its Silver Rose fundraiser from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lincoln IGA, Wal-Mart, and other locations.

For those who may be unfamiliar with the silver rose fundraiser, it is similar to the poppy sales held annually by the American Legion and VFW.
