Local
Auctioneer, and Logan County Fair Board member, Mike
Maske starts the auction off at the Cake Classic on
Sunday afternoon at the Logan County Fair. The first
place cake was a German Chocolate with traditional
icing, baked and presented in the auction by Joan
Dahmm. LDN will coverage of the Cake Classic
in the Tuesday edition.

On Sunday evening, the Logan County Fair came to an end
for this year. The last grandstand attraction of the
fair is always the Demolition Derby. This year the event
appeared to be larger than normal in the Bone Stock and
Compact Classes and a little small in the Semi-Stock.
Regardless, it was a great evening of entertainment to a
close another exceptional Logan County Fair. LDN fair
coverage will continue today and tomorrow with coverage
from many of the weekend attractions including the Derby
and the Textile Best of Show Awards for 2016.
