[August 11, 2016]  LINCOLN -  Constance Marie "Connie" Guzouskis Holloway, 65, of Lincoln, passed away August 2, 2016, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield.

Visitation:  From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2016, at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home, Lincoln

Service: 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Obituary

Constance Marie "Connie" Guzouskis Holloway, 65, of Lincoln, passed away August 2, 2016, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2016, at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home, Lincoln. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. also at the funeral home on Sunday. Cremation rites will then be accorded, and burial will be at a later date.

Connie was born September 19, 1950, in Chicago, the daughter of Ben and Gloria (Zintelis) Guzouskis. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Jaycees, Lincoln. She enjoyed crafting and loved animals.

 

Surviving are her daughters Michelle (Steve) Awe of Elkhart and Kari Holloway (Brendan Harris) of Springfield; grandchildren: Alex Marthers, Caleb Awe, Lynn Awe, Morgan Marthers, Ashlyn Marthers, Bené Allsebrooke, Mia Holloway, an Ayden Difranco; great grandson Beau Richardson; siblings: Mari (Roger) MCubbin of Springfield, Joni (Don) Otte of Lincoln, and Mark Guzouskis (fiancé Julie Gehlbach) of Lincoln.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Logan County and will be accepted at the funeral home.
