Lincoln Police

  • Embery, Ira, 24, of Atlanta Aug. 19 at 2:20 p.m. athe the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County WarrantCF112 for failure to appear on a possession of cannabis 10-30 grams charge.

  • Griffith, Myron M., 21, of Plainfield arrested on Aug. 20 at 11:30 p.m. on Oklahoma Ave. at Ottawa St. on charges of possession of cannabis 10-30 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Rachall, Brett M., 28, of Lincoln arrested on Aug. 20 at 1:15 a.m. on Wyatt Ave. at Hamilton St. on a Pike County Warrant.

  • Wolanin, Joseph A., 44, of Garfield Heights, OH, arrested on Aug. 21 at 12:40 p.m. on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Banks, Billie, 49, of Springfield arrested on Aug 22 at 12:03 a.m. in the 2000 block of Kickapoo St. on a charge of driving while license revoked.

  • Marrs, James F., 38, of Atlanta arrested on Aug. 19 at 5:25 p.m. at Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2016DT22 for failure to appear on a DUI charge.

  • Tulak, Alex W., 58, of Decatur arrested on Aug. 21 at 12:22 a.m. in the 100 block of Rt. 10 on a charge of driving while license suspended.

  • Walters, Jason J., 46, of Beason arrested on Aug. 22 at 5:41 a.m. on 2150th Ave at 1275th St. on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Adye, Kerry M., 22, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 22 at 4:50 p.m. in the 100 block of Fifth Street on charge of criminal damage to vehicle. 

  • Calderon, Kristina E., 24, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 22 at 3:25 p.m. on Lincoln Parkway at Kickapoo Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Wharton, Roy L., 39, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 22 at 5:00 p.m. at his residence on Logan County warrant for battery.

Atlanta, Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Illinois State Police, New Holland, San Jose

No arrest reports.
