Lincoln Daily News welcomes letters of appreciation, information and opinion on matters pertaining to the community. 
Controversial issues:
As a community we need to be able to talk openly about matters that affect the quality of our lives. The most effective and least offensive manner to get your point across is to stick to the issue and refrain from commenting on another person's opinion. Letters that deviate from focusing on the issue may be rejected or edited and marked as such.

Lincoln Community High School National Honor Society helps raise funds for Narcan kits for emergency responders

To the editor:

Thank you Logan County for your support of the St. John's United Church of Christ Outreach Ministry fundraiser at Culver’s on February 21 with funds earned going to the purchase of Narcan Kits for Emergency Responders in Logan County.

A check for $307.31 was presented to Emily Hauter of the Logan County Health Department for purchase of kits.

A special thanks to the members of the Lincoln Community High School National Honor Society students who served guests and cleaned tables at Culver’s that night.

They were: Lauren Block, Hannah Cameron, Erika Dzekunskas, Brooklynn Elsas, Heather Heidbreder, Katlyn Helton, Olivia Hudspeth, Sydney Johnson, Adrienne Klockenga, Grace Konczyk, Ryann Rohlfs, Anna Sielaff and Hallie Williams.
