The Seventh grade team came away with a 46-6 victory over the
Stags with well-balanced scoring. The team was led by Scotty Battin
with 7 points, seven steals, and two assists. Daulton Miller
followed up with 6 points, eight rebounds, and three steals. Drew
Eimer contributed 6 points, seven rebounds, and two steals. Brody
Whiteman added 5 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Elijah
Pollice chipped in 5 points, four rebounds, and a steal.
The Seventh grade team improves to a record of 9-0.
The Eighth grade team fell to Hartsburg-Emden 33-37 in a highly
contested game. Patrick McCraith led the Wolverines with 9
points, four rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Scotty
Battin followed up with 8 points and two steals. Lucas Konczyk
contributed 6 points, four rebounds, three steals. Elijah
Pollice added 6 points. Daulton Miller chipped in 4 points and
two steals. Brody Whiteman led the defense with eight rebounds
and seven steals.
The Wolverines will travel to Springfield Little Flower Monday
at 6 p.m.
