LCT looking to fill director positions for "Okalahoma"

[December 19, 2016]   LINCOLN - Lincoln Community Theatre is looking for talented people for the positions of Artistic Director, Technical Director, Lighting Director, Musical Accompanist, Choreographer, Pit Director and Vocal Director for their 2017 Production of Oklahoma!

The show will run June 23-25 and June 30--July 2, 2017. A scheduled six-week rehearsal period plus one week of tech in the theatre prior to performances is required, by policy. All performances are in the Johnston Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Lincoln College.

The LCT Board of Directors will interview for these positions by appointment on Sunday, January 8th from 1-5pm in the Wilmert Lounge of St. John United Church of Christ, 204 7th St. Lincoln, Illinois. Directors may include staff personnel to assist them in presenting ideas regarding sets, costumes, special effects of other technical advice. Musical Accompanists will be requested to perform a short selection which best displays their talents.

Audition dates will be scheduled after the directors have been selected.
