warrant.

ISP TRAFFIC CRASH ALERT
The Following Preliminary Information is Being Released by Illinois
State Police District 9:
WHAT: One vehicle personal injury crash
WHERE: IL Rt. 54 1 mile east of Buffalo Hart
WHEN: 12/24/2016 04:37 am
VEHICLES: Silver 2007 Buick
DRIVERS: Carl D. Walker 50 y/o male
PRELIMINARY: According to preliminary traffic crash investigation,
Unit 1, was travelling west on IL. Rt. 54, approaching Buffalo Hart.
Unit 1 ran off the roadway right and struck a tree. The driver of
unit 1, was transported to St. Johns Hospital with serious injuries.
TRANSPORTS: Lifrstar Ambulance
SEATBELTS: No
CHARGES: Pending investigation
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of
law.
