Illinois State Police

  • Willis, Donald D., 20, of Springfield, arrested Jan. 30 at 5:55 p.m. on I-55 on a Woodford County warrant.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Baker, Tammie I., 28, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 29 at 8:51 a.m. on Kickapoo Street at Davenport Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving while registration suspended for non-insurance. 

  • Benedict, Steven R., 44, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 30 at 9:59 p.m. at his residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation. 

  • Brown, Stuart T., 55, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 29 at 6:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of College Street on charge of theft. 

  • Crowell, Amber N. 22, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 30 at 7:46 p.m. on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Lowman, Tarajo K., 26, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 29 at1:25 p.m. at her residence on charges of theft and forgery. 

  • Moore, Alan H., 39, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 30 at 11:32 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Baxter, Raymond M., 35, of Camargo, arrested Jan. 29 at 1:00 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Douglas County warrant. 

  • Crail, Joseph E., 29, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 31 at 2:20 p.m. at his residence on charge of aggravated domestic battery. 

  • Haley, Donna J., 59, of Girard, arrested Jan. 29 at 9:57 a.m. on Route 54 at 800th Street, Mount Pulaski, on charge of speeding 35 mph or more over the posted speed limit.

  • Rule, Aaron W., 41, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Jan. 30 at 2:23 p.m. at his residence on charge of disorderly conduct.

Mount Pulaski Police

  • Beard, Samantha A., 20, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Jan. 29 at 6:55 p.m. on charge of retail theft. 

  • Viner, Andrew S., 19, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Jan. 29 at 6:55 p.m. on charge of retail theft.
