Chase Turner named Lincolnland Technical Education Center January Student of the Month

 

[February 03, 2016]  LINCOLN - Chase Turner, son of Mike & Debbie Turner, was named January Student of the Month for the Advanced Welding II program at the Lincolnland Technical Education Center. Chase is a senior at Lincoln Community High School.

Mr. Arlyn Musselman, instructor, selected Chase for his dependability and the quality of his work. Mr. Musselman says that Chase goes above and beyond course standards. Chase is a great young man to work with. He developed many original designs and has mastered the use of many pieces of equipment. Chase has excelled in the operation of the Plasmacam and the drawings. Chase has an exemplary academic record & is a mature young man with a great future in welding.

Chase has been on the honor roll with honors or high honors each semester in high school. Chase’s future goal is to continue his education in welding at a technical school.

Chase received a $50 from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors this award and honored him at a noon luncheon.
