Before the fun begins on a day
like the Zion Lutheran Pancake and Sausage Breakfast, there is a lot
of work to do. Volunteers begin making sausage early in the week,
and then on the day of the event there are tables to set up,
flatware to get ready, food to cook, a bake sale to organize and
dozens of silent auction items to get set out and label for bidding.
