[February 12, 2016]  NEW HOLLAND-MIDDLETOWN - The Service Learning Project for this month at New Holland-Middletown School will benefit the Humane Society of Logan County.

Donations of loose change, pet food, and supplies will be collected in each class. The community is invited to drop off donations in the main office at the school.

Aluminum cans are also being accepted and will be recycled and donated at the end of the school year.

From the HSLC website, items on their daily wish list include paper towels, laundry soap, bleach, 15-pound bags of dog and cat food to stock the pet food pantry.

Faculty sponsors for this project are:  Diane Bicknell, Sally Dorgan and Rick and Ardith Deters.  They can be reached at 217-445-2656
