 It was with the
deepest regret that I accepted the resignation letter of Andy
Anderson. His decision was based solely on circumstances beyond his
control affecting his retirement benefits.
Those of us who worked with Andy will remember him as one of the
finest members to ever serve. He accepted every task offered and
gave 110% effort to anything he pursued.
He was a champion for the underserved in our community and in his 5
years raised the quality of life for everybody. His great sense of
humor, honesty, and work ethic will truly be missed.
