Lincoln College Honors Student-Athletes

[February 27, 2016]  LINCOLN - The Office of Athletics at Lincoln College would like to recognize and congratulate several fine student-athletes for their outstanding academic achievement for the Fall 2015 semester here at Lincoln College.

Nine student-athletes were named among the Special Honors Honor Roll list. They include: Maggie Arehart (Women’s Golf – Belleville West HS), Alysha Green (Women’s Basketball – Clinton HS), Rylee Martin (Softball/Cheer – Hoopeston Area HS), Erin Rankin (Softball – Hartem HS), Brighton Robbins (Softball/Women’s Volleyball – Lincoln HS), Emily Sanders (Cheer – Lincoln HS), Mallory Tharp (Women’s
Cross Country/Track & Field – United Township HS), Lauren Wendt (Women’s Volleyball/Track & Field – St. Anthony HS), & Erica Wolpert (Softball – Hartem HS). To be named to the Special Honors Honor Roll, a student must have earned a 4.0 GPA and a have earned a minimum of 15 credit hours in the semester.

Ten student-athletes were named to the President’s List Honor Roll, which includes student-athletes with a semester GPA between 3.75 – 3.99 and have earned a minimum of 15 credit hours.

These student-athletes include: Ashlyn Carroll (Softball – Lincoln HS), John Davis (Men’s Cross Country/Track & Field – Lincoln HS), Aira Hanson (Women’s Volleyball – Winnebago HS), Arriana Hoerbert (Softball – Hartem HS), Rebecca Lee (Softball – Pontiac HS), Jessica Plummer (Cheer – Lincoln HS), Shae Ramos (Women’s Soccer/Cheer – Lakeview HS), Blaine Ray (Baseball – Staunton HS), Samantha Realford (Women’s Soccer – Bloom HS), Garrad Straube (Men’s Cross Country/Track & Field/Wrestling – Quincy Sr. HS).

A full-color poster has been framed and will be on display in the Lincoln Center lobby.
