LOS ANGELES -- Russell Westbrook scored 15 of his 36 points in the fourth quarter, lifting the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 117-113 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night at Staples Center.

Westbrook also had 12 rebounds and seven assists. Kevin Durant had 24 points and seven rebounds as the Thunder defeated the Lakers for the seventh consecutive time.

Enes Kanter came off the bench to contribute 15 points and nine rebounds for Oklahoma City.

Lou Williams scored a career-high 44 points, 23 of those in the fourth quarter, as he single-handedly rallied the Lakers. Kobe Bryant scored 19 points and Jordan Clarkson chipped in 17 points.

Spurs 100, Knicks 99

SAN ANTONIO -- Kawhi Leonard scored 19 points and pulled down a team-high 12 rebounds as San Antonio stepped on the gas at the start of the fourth quarter and had just enough in the tank to outlast New York to remain unbeaten at home.

The Spurs, who won their seventh straight game, got 16 points apiece from Manu Ginobili, LaMarcus Aldridge and Tony Parker.

The Knicks were led by rookie Kristaps Porzingis, who poured in a game-high 28 points and 11 rebounds. Carmelo Anthony added 20 points and 12 rebounds.

Cavaliers 125, Timberwolves 99

MINNEAPOLIS -- J.R. Smith scored a season-high 27 points to lead Cleveland over Minnesota at Target Center.

Kevin Love, making his second trip back to Minnesota after a trade that sent him to Cleveland for Andrew Wiggins two summers ago, added 20 points and nine rebounds.

Wiggins led the Timberwolves with 35 points, the fifth time in his career he has scored at least 30 and the second time in three games against the team that selected him with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 draft.

Grizzlies 91, Nuggets 84

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Zach Randolph led Memphis with 24 points off the bench in a 91-84 victory over Denver at FedExForum.

Jeff Green scored 16 points with nine rebounds and Matt Barnes finished with 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Marc Gasol had 12 points with five steals and Tony Allen finished with 10 points, nine rebounds and three steals for the Grizzlies.

Danilo Gallinari scored 29 points and added eight rebounds for the Nuggets. Darrell Arthur added 12 points with nine rebounds and Gary Harris had 11 points and five rebounds. Jameer Nelson didn't score but had nine assists.

 

Bucks 96, Mavericks 95

MILWAUKEE -- A Khris Middleton layup with 9.1 seconds left and missed jumper by Deron Williams sealed Milwaukee's victory over Dallas at the Bradley Center.

Middleton had 27 points to lead the Bucks.

The Mavericks were led by Dirk Nowitzki's 20 points, with 15 of them coming in the second half.

Pacers 91, Pelicans 86

NEW ORLEANS -- Ian Mahinmi scored 17 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked a career-high four shots and Indiana overcame a season-high 24 turnovers to defeat New Orleans at the Smoothie King Center.

The Pelicans played most of the game without All-Star Anthony Davis, who injured his lower right back diving into the courtside seats for a loose ball three minutes into the game.

Tyreke Evans scored a season-high 27 points and Ryan Anderson added 21 for the Pelicans

Magic 83, Nets 77

NEW YORK -- Victor Oladipo scored 20 points and hit six 3-pointers as Orlando ended a four-game losing streak with a victory over Brooklyn.

Nikola Vucevic added 20 points and 10 rebounds for his seventh game with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Magic. It also was his 14th double-double. Aaron Gordon added 14 and Evan Fournier contributed 13 for Orlando, which closed out the game with a 15-9 spurt over the final 6:48 to end its longest losing streak of the season.

Brook Lopez scored 17 points but shot 6 of 15 for the Nets, whose home losing streak reached nine games. Joe Johnson added 13 and Shane Larkin had 12 for Brooklyn, which shot 39.7 percent and committed 15 turnovers.

Raptors 97, Wizards 88

WASHINGTON -- DeMar DeRozan scored a season-high 35 points as Toronto continued its regular-season dominance over Washington.

Kyle Lowry had 10 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter plus 10 rebounds for the Raptors, who are 3-0 against the Wizards this season and have won six straight non-playoff games in the series.

Otto Porter had 16 points and Ramon Sessions scored 14 for the Wizards.

Heat 103, Suns 95

PHOENIX -- Dwyane Wade scored nine of his game-high 27 points in the final four minutes and Goran Dragic added 22 in his return to Phoenix as Miami withstood a second-half push in the win.

Gerald Green, also in his return to Phoenix, added 21 points for the Heat, who have now beaten the Suns 11 straight times overall and eight straight times at Talking Stick Arena.

Brandon Knight had 26 points and Devin Booker added 11 of his 15 in the third quarter for the Suns, who rallied from 13 points down at the half to lead by as many as six in the third quarter but couldn't hold the momentum.

Warriors 128, Trail Blazers 108

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry combined for 62 points as Golden State bounced Portland at the Moda Center.

Thompson bombed in 36 points and Curry had 26 points to go with nine assists as the Warriors won their fifth straight game. Draymond Green had his seventh triple-double of the season with 11 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists.

Damian Lillard tallied a season-high 40 points for the Trail Blazers and Allen Crabbe added 18 points.
