fourth quarter of 2015, 17 fewer than the 85 sold during the same
time period in 2014.
The average selling price for homes in the 2015 time period was
$97,479, up from $90,911 in 2014. Median prices were up, $81,250
compared to $80,000.
The length of time that the average home was on the market also
stayed steady with the average "Days on Market" in 2015 181 days.
This was 1 day quicker than the same time period in 2014.
The year 2015 saw the number of homes sold decrease compared to
2014. REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 343 homes in
2015, 13 fewer than the 356 sold during the same time period in
2014.
The average selling price for homes in 2015 was $95,548, up from
$91,383 in 2014. Median prices were up as well, $80,000 compared to
$77,750.

The average home was on the market a longer time with the average "Days on
Market" in 2015 192 days. This was 19 days longer than the same time period in
2014.
