Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois Boasts Excellence in Area Agency on Aging Survey
Independent survey of CAPCIL’s transportation riders return winning responses

[January 27, 2016]  LINCOLN - Area Agency on Aging recently provided CAPCIL with the 2015 survey results for the Senior Transportation Program. The independent survey was conducted by randomly selecting five percent of the program’s participants. For Fiscal Year 2015, Three-hundred and twenty (320) Transportation surveys were sent. Eighty-eight (88) were returned completed, for a return rate of 27.5 percent.

In both Logan and Mason Counties, 100percent of the respondents indicated that they were satisfied with the Transportation services. Of all respondents that were surveyed 97 percent would recommend the service to a friend and 90 percent  rated the overall quality of the services, "Excellent."

Executive Director Alison Rumler-Gomez stated, “We know we are doing things right in the transportation space, but it feels really good to have an independent source confirm that our riders are happy, having positive experiences, and willing to refer their friends.”
