Obituary
Sharon Lee Marcum, 60, of
Seattle, Washington passed away on September 14,
2015.
Sharon was born September 16,
1954, to Richard Raymond and Mabel Ruth (Wilson)
Skelton. She married Bruce Daryl Marcum, Sr. on
April 3, 1968. He died December 20, 2010. She is
survived by three children: Bruce (Sharla) Marcum,
Robin (Chet) Cole, and Danielle Marcum, and eight
grandchildren, all of Washington.
Other survivors include
brothers, Dick (Debbie) Skelton, Tim (Judy) Skelton,
and Rusty (Stacie) Skelton and sisters, Jenny
(Harold) Stout, Jackie Poole, Carol Renfro, Debbie (Bub)
Frakes, Syb (Joe) Liesman, and Kelly (Rick) Hoffert.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, husband, one son, one grandson,
brothers (Jerry, David, Joe, and Billy Skelton),
and sisters (Patsy, Kasey, Deany, Ruth Ann, and
Cheryl).
Sharon spent her entire adult
life in Washington and worked in the greenhouse and
gardening industry.
A graveside service for burial
of her ashes was held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 4
at Irish Grove Cemetery at Middletown. Pastor Curt
McCallister of Mason City officiated. |
