Mason City Area Nursing Home to hold community open house Wednesday

[June 06, 2016]  MASON CITY - Mason City Area Nursing Home (MCANH) will host an Open House on Wednesday, June 8th from 5pm – 7pm. The facility is located at 520 N. Price Avenue in Mason City. The community is invited to attend. There will be tours of the newly renovated facility and hors d’oeuvres and refreshments to enjoy with friends.

The renovations include updates to multiple parts of the building, which opened to residents more than 25 year ago. Resident rooms now have more space; the Skilled Care unit and Assisted Lifestyle (Sheltered Care) community have also been renovated, and multiple areas now boast new furniture, flooring and art.
