The Chosen Ones to perform July 16th in San Jose

[June 22, 2016]  SAN JOSE - Gospel music recording artists, The Chosen Ones, will be appearing on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 6:00 pm in San Jose, Illinois. The concert will be held at Pree Park, 200 S. Second Street.

The Chosen Ones feature three generations of smooth family harmony, blending traditional and progressive Southern Gospel with light contemporary Christian music. Their unique approach to Gospel Music appeals to a diverse audience.

The Chosenn Ones are celebrating over 30 years of Gospel Music, having begun their ministry in 1974. They have sung throughout the United States and abroad, performing over 150 personal appearances annually. They have released over 30 recordings, which have included four national radio releases. It is the desire of The Chosen Ones to present more than just a concert, but a worship experience. They use the medium of Christian music to present the Gospel Truth and encourage the church.

This concert is co-sponsored by the San Jose Christian Church and the San Jose United Methodist Church. In the event of rain the concert will be held at the San Jose United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 600 S. First Street, San Jose, IL.

This is an outdoor concert. Please be your lawn chairs.
