[March 11, 2016]  LINCOLN - The temperatures are feeling balmy and Spring Community Education offerings at Heartland Community College are scheduled!

Photography classes

We offer two hands-on courses for digital cameras this spring. To help dramatically improve your photos, learn basic principles with Getting to Know Your Digital Camera on March 26th. Then, beginning on April 4th, take advantage of the beautiful weather and our historic downtown while gaining photo-taking experience with Intermediate Digital Camera.

Budgeting made easy

With tax season coming to an end, explore programs and technologies to organize your income and expenses. Budgeting Made Easy begins on April 12th.

Quilting

For the crafters in the community, create a table topper with Disappearing Nine Patch Quilt beginning April 26th. This is an ideal pattern that can be used for multiple projects and that even a beginner can master.

These courses will cover every aspect needed to prepare a backyard BBQ or enter a BBQ competition.
