At a recent meeting of the
Logan County Genealogical and Historical Society Logan County farm
owner Tom Pfeifer was the guest speaker.
Pfeifer's farm has been in his family for 150 years. The
Sesquicentennial anniversary will be celebrated this summer with a
stone marker placed on the farm, bearing the names of those who have
tilled the soil.
Pfeifer shared photos and other mementos of his family including a
photo of the original homestead which stood proudly on the property
until 1959.
