Obituary
Robert H. Pfeiffer, 87, of Lincoln, died at 5:35pm
on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Symphony of Lincoln.
Robert was born on March 23, 1929 in Evansville,
Ind., the son of Henry A. and Fae L. Henderson
Pfeiffer. He married Eleanor Vail on oct. 9, 1960 is
Shumway. She preceded him in death in 2012.
Robert was employed with FS through local 916 and
was a Mason for 55 years. He enjoyed riding his
Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Nola
J. (Warren) Smith and grandson, Johnny Pfeiffer. His
is survived by his son, David (Sherry) Pfeiffer of
Rochester, Ill., his daughter Linda Pfeiffer of
Lincoln and his grandchildren Drake, Amanda, Cory,
and Rachel.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
The family will host a memorial service on Friday,
April 1 at 10:00 am at Castle Manor Supportive
Living, 1550 Castle Manor Drive, Lincoln, Ill. with
the Rev. Ryan Edgecombe officiating. |
