Humane Society now accepting donations for Route 66 Garage Sale

[May 04, 2016]  LINCOLN - The Humane Society of Logan County Garage Sale will again be part of the Logan County Route 66 Garage Sale weekend. It will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 10, 11 and 12, at the Logan County Fairgrounds.

Preview night will be Thursday, June 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. On this night only, those wanting to shop early can enter with small donation, and will also have a chance to win gift baskets and more.

Hours for the sale are Friday and Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Food will also be available Friday and Saturday.

The HSLC is seeking donations of clean, gently used goods for the sale. They may be dropped off at the Logan County Fairgrounds (south entrance, yellow building) each Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning May 4 until the date of the sale. Adult clothing and electronics cannot be accepted. Call 732-1979 or 732-7853 to make arrangements for pickup of large items.
