[May 13, 2016]  ATLANTA - Leo Lindbergh Justice, 87, of Atlanta, formerly of Edina, Mo. passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 8:16 a.m. at The Christian Village in Lincoln.

Visitation: Thursday, May 12, from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home

Service: Thursday, at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Obituary

Leo Lindbergh Justice, 87, of Atlanta, formerly of Edina, Mo. passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 8:16 a.m. at The Christian Village in Lincoln joining his beloved wife: Elda Jane Brotherton, son: David Roy Justice, three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral Services for Mr. Justice will be held Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home with Mr. Maurice Stribling officiating.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Kirksville.Military Honors will be conducted by the Adair County Military Honors.

Leo Lindbergh Justice was born on October 20, 1928 in Neoga, Illinois the son of Isaac Franklin and Myrtle White Justice. He was united in marriage to Elda Jane Brotherton on January 11, 1953.

He is survived by his children: Colleen(Jim) Schwebke of Albuquerque, NM, LaDonna (Jessie) Simpson of Atlanta, James (Angelia) Justice of Edina, Missouri. Nine grandchildren: Christopher Justice, Heather Callahan, Jonathon Parr, Timothy Parr, Rena Parr-O'Hara, Amanda Justice, Kimberly Justice- Nelson, Latosha Justice-Schultz and David Justice. Fourteen Great grandchildren: Takoda, Elijah, Alyvia Justice, Gabriel, Jonathan Parr, Jr. (JJ), Crystina, Abigail Hall, Amylya, Keegan Brockman, Camryn, Maverick, Malachi Nelson, Chris Nichols and Kiersten Nichols, Three step grandchildren: Mattie, Ryan, and JR,, Five step great grandchildren: Kodi, Alexis, Taylor Nelson, Austin, Andrew Simpson, Several nephews: Darryl and Denny Mullenix, Stephen Justice, Buddy Justice, and Niece Nikki Justice.

Leo served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

He farmed in Edina, Missouri area from 1960 until 1986.

Memorials may be made to the Atlanta Rescue Squad , The Christian Village or Knox County Rescue Squad, Edina, Missouri
