On Wednesday evening, the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce welcomed another new business to Lincoln. ApexNetwork Physical Therapy has opened on North Sangamon Street.

Representing the Chamber was Cathy Wilhite, the president and CEO Logan County Alliance and Director of the Chamber. Wilhite spoke briefly saying that the chamber was happy to be at Apex welcoming a new business to the city and the Chamber membership.

Also on hand from the Chamber was the newly hired events coordinator, Carrie Adams. Carrie is the wife of Lincoln Police Chief Paul Adams. She was most recently employed by the Carpenters Union in Lincoln and has long been involved with events and activities at Carroll Catholic School.

An intimate group of approximately 20 to 25 joined in the celebration, spending time visiting with Apex owners Chad Hatayama and Becky Anderson and enjoying some excellent Hors d'oeuvres and sweets.

Guests were also encouraged to enter a drawing for Cubs tickets while the ever so close Cubs and Cardinals were wrapping up their 9-8 game on televisions in the background.
