officer and resisting arrest.

M., 20, of South Holland, IL, arrested Oct. 31 at 11:33 p.m. in
the 300 block of Keokuk Street on charges of domestic battery,
aggravated battery to a police officer, obstructing a police
officer, resisting arrest, and two Logan County warrants and
both for failure to appear on ordinance violations.

S., 19, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 1 at 12:26 a.m. in the 300
block of Keokuk Street on charge of obstructing a peace officer.
