Obituary
Bedford Hart, 92, of Lincoln
passed away at 9:50 a.m. November 12, 2016 at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Bedford was born December 9,
1923 in White County, the son of Bedford Jerome and
Emma Lucille (Moser) Hart. He married Thelma Rose
Jordan May 16, 1947 in Evansville, IN. She preceded
him in death on May 3, 2014.
Bedford is survived by his
daughter Debra J. Heath of Lincoln, two
grandchildren: Derek J.( Misty) Heath, Timothy L.
Heath, three great-grandchildren: Shelbi Fisher,
Cindy Arndt, Blake (Jennifer) Neeley, and two
great-great-grandchildren Shay Neeley and Dierks
Neeley. He was preceded in death by his parents. |
He was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church,
where he served as an elder and taught Sunday
School. Bedford served in the United State Army
during WWII from July 1944 through June 1946 in the
European Theater where he received a bronze star.

held at the Lincoln Christian Church at a later date
