In the seventh grade contest, the Crusaders came away
victorious by a score of 42-21. The Crusaders were led in
scoring by Trent Koehler with 19 and Andrew Graue with 18. Also,
scoring was Everett Maaks with four points and Darren Stevens
with one.
The win improves the seventh grade record to 8-2.
The eighth grade Crusaders won their contest by a score of
49-29. Leading the scoring for the team was Dylan Singleton with
22 points and Andrew Graue with 16. Rounding out the scoring was
Jared Helton with five points, Trent Koehler with four and Jared
Merriman with two.
The eighth grade team is now 10-0.
The Crusaders play this evening (Tuesday) at West
Lincoln-Broadwell, with the seventh-graders kicking things off
at 5 p.m. and the eight grade contest to follow.
