Lincoln Area Music Society begins rehearsals for Holiday Concerts

[October 10, 2016]   LINCOLN - Starting Tuesday, October 11th at 7:00 p.m. in St John United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall the Chorale will start rehearsals and the Orchestra will begin on Sunday, October 16th at 2:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Community High School Music Room.

The group is encouraging instrumentalists and singers to join the ranks of this talented group of musicians as they prepare for the Holiday concerts. The group invites people from High School on up to participate. Rehearsals are held weekly up to the concerts on December 10 & 11, 2016.

In addition to the Summer Band and Holiday Concerts and Spring Concerts by the Orchestra and Chorale the group also provides scholarships for area high school students who are involved in the program.
