Henry-Dahm named October ALMH Employee of the Month

[October 22, 2016]  LINCOLN - Paula Henry-Dahm of Mason City has been named the October Employee of the Month at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln. Dahm has worked in the patient access department at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital for 12 years.

In her role as a patient access associate, Dahm enjoys something different every day. She performs a variety of important tasks including answering phones, paging department and physicians, and registering patients.

Dahm is proud to be part of providing great care at ALMH. She cites dedication as the reason that ALMH is a great place to work.

“It’s about dedication. We have dedicated employees. We have dedication to each other, to the patients and to the hospital,” said Dahm.

Her anonymous nominator mentioned dedication as one of the positive traits that earned her the employee of the month designation.

“Paula is always willing to help the emergency department staff and secretary. She is very dedicated to her department and helpful with patients and family members. She makes a great team player,” said the nominator.
