Lincoln Junior High Trojans win both at Mid-West Central Tournament

[October 30, 2016]    The Lincoln Junior High Trojans won both the seventh and eighth grade games against Hartsburg-Emden in the Mid-West Central Tournament Saturday to start off the season.

The seventh grade team won by a score of 49-8. Alex Hoffert led the Trojans with 14 points while Nathan Ladage contributed 9. Andrew Cline put up 8 points, and Jayden Leadley and Josh Patton each had 5.

The eighth grade team won 63-15 led by Keagan Ferguson and Seth Tungate with 11 points a piece. Adam Grunder had 9 points. The Trojans start off the year with both teams 1-0. They will play again at Green Valley at 6:00 Tuesday night against Delevan.
