Keyboards for a Cause: Dueling Pianos event to benefit Girls on the Run of Central Illinois
Proceeds will benefit local clubs in Chester-East Lincoln, New Holland-Middletown, and Illini Central Grade Schools

 

[September 19, 2016]  SPRINGFIELD – You won’t want to miss this - for one night only “Cool 2 Duel” is back! This night can be summed up in a single word: FUN!

Girls on the Run is hosting an evening of musical entertainment as we hear songs from rock to country to the newest Top 40 hits. Firefighters Postal Lake Club at 940 W Lake Shore Drive will be the site of the Friday, September 23rd Dueling Pianos event presented by Green Family Stores. The event will feature popular dueling pianos pair Cool 2 Duel. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. and the entertainment will begin at 8:00 p.m. Individual, pair and group tickets are available online at www.gotrcentralillinois.org/events  or by contacting the Girls on the Run at 217-726-9808. Ticket price includes heavy hors d’oeuvres.

Girls on the Run of Central Illinois educates and prepares girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living using a curriculum that integrates running. In Spring 2016, Girls on the Run served over 700 girls on 52 teams at schools and community sites throughout central Illinois.
