LINCOLN
- Is this your first year in the show ring or are you a pro? Either
way, join us on Sunday April 23rd at the Logan County Fairgrounds
(1408 Short 11th St., Lincoln) for a cattle, swine, sheep and goat
Clinic.
We have restructured our program into two different clinics: 101 for
beginners and 201 for those more advanced in their knowledge. We
will help you get prepared with the basics you need to care for your
animal at home and during the fair. We will cover topics from daily
hair care and proper tools, to proper etiquette at the show and in
the ring. We will have judges there to help guide you on what to do
while showing your animal. Don’t forget about health papers and
registration guidelines, we can help you with information on that as
well.
We hope to see 4-Her’s of all ages at this event, it is open to
anyone who is interested in learning more about livestock! We are
also excited to announce the Lincoln Land Livestock Judging team
will be hosting the morning session on judging!
For those that pre-register, there will be t-shirts and lunch will
be provided for $5 per person. See you on April 23rd at 9 am!
