Chair Exercise Class at the Oasis

DETAILS:  Looking to be more active in 2017? Well look no further. Beginning March 20th and continuing every 3rd Monday at 10:00 a.m., you can join Amanda Kollman, Physical Therapist, for chair exercises at The Oasis. Each free class will be one hour in length. The first 30 minutes will consist of all sitting exercise and the second half will challenge your balance, as well as work on strengthening in standing. Class is open to everyone, so put on your tennis shoes and join us for one or more of these sessions!
