In April, local 4-H members observed the National 4-H Day of Service, including the Atlanta Ag Club. The day of service reflects the 4-H pledge for members to use their "hands to larger service." To answer this call, the group pitched in at a recent benefit for the Atlanta Fire Department. During the firemen's fundraiser breakfast, kids worked to help bus tables and offer up refills to hungry guests.

Club members who were on hand to help are from the left: Charlotte Toohill, Ethan Bertram, Nina Salvator, Rylee Gibson, Molly Schempp, Kyrah Zeschke, Jamie Carlock, Paige Finchum, Winton Carlock, Mary Carlock, Cavit Schempp. A few of the volunteers were not on hand for the photo. They were Dawson Banister, Nic Olson, Angelina, Kolton and Joessa McGinnis.
