LCHS senior athletes announce college choices

[April 22, 2017]  On Thursday afternoon, six Lincoln Community High School senior athletes announced their choices for colleges next year. The announcements were made in the high School auditorium, with emcee Cameron Kurtz calling each student forward for a ceremonial "signing" of his or her letter of intent. Students were accompanied by parents and coaches. At the end of the event, all six were called up to the front for a group photo.


Danielle Burgrabe

Bryson Kirby

I really like the basketball program and what it is trying to establish. I also think I will fit in comfortable at Blackburn.

I visited a lot of colleges and this one was very welcoming. The campus was great and all the facilities for learning and sports were very nice.

After visiting the campus I fell in love with the coaches and staff. The atmosphere is friendly and it allows me to play the. sport I love.

Lincoln College is located in my hometown where my friends are as well as some family. By going to Lincoln I'm able to live at home while attending college which will help me to save money for other future plans. ·
